This is our general privacy policy. If you complete the paid Operator Baseline intake, the health information you share there — including medications and supplements — is covered in detail by our dedicated Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy.
Assessment answers. Your answers to the free Operator Score — including whether you take prescription medications — are processed in your browser and stored only in your browser's session storage. They are not sent to our servers. If you choose to unlock your full results by entering your email, we send your email address only to our email service provider (Kit) so we can deliver your results and follow-up emails. We do not send your score, your weakest pillar, your pillar breakdown, or any medication indicator to Kit. Our website analytics records only a single coarse result band (see Analytics and cookies below) — never the exact score, and never any medication or other health detail.
Email. If you subscribe, we collect your email address and use it to send your results, the Operator Protocol email series, and our newsletter. Every email includes an unsubscribe link. Unsubscribing stops all marketing email.
Purchases. Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card details. If you purchase the Operator Baseline, the intake questionnaire you complete is used to build, deliver, and support your report — see the Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy for how we handle the health information in it.
We use Google Analytics to understand site traffic and how visitors use the site (pages viewed, buttons clicked, and an anonymous count of assessments started and completed). We do not place analytics or advertising trackers on the pages where you enter health information: the paid intake page carries no third-party analytics, and the free assessment sends only a coarse result band — for example, “Room to Improve” — so we can count how assessments turn out in aggregate, never your exact score, your pillar breakdown, your medications, or any individual answer. Any advertising pixels we may use in the future would run only on landing and thank-you pages, never on assessment, results, or intake pages. You can control cookies in your browser settings.
We don't sell your personal information. We don't share your data with supplement brands or advertisers, and we earn no commission on any product. We never pass your medications, your individual answers, or your pillar details to analytics or advertising platforms; the only assessment signal our analytics sees is that single coarse, non-identifying result band.
